How do I access my personal data and reservations information?
Simply click on the "My Profile" icon and log into the system if requested to do so. You will have access to all of your personal data to add, change or delete information. To reach your reservations information, click on the “My Trips” icon and log into the system if you are requested to do so.
How do I confirm my purchase?
After you have made your reservation, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or no longer have the e-mail, you can click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the VisitMexicoHotels.com page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of the trip.
How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your hotel, car rental, or activity reservation, click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the VisitMexicoHotels.com page. Choose the reservation you need to cancel. All cancellations are subject to the policies of the travel provider. For example, a Hotel may have a penalty of collecting one night's stay if the reservation is not cancelled by a certain time. Be sure to read the travel provider's policy before completing your cancellation.
