Our hotel is a modern construction established 14 years ago, it has 3 floors and a colonial construction with a touch of Mexican and Mediterranean style.

Mario’s Inn Hotel is located at the heart of the industrial zone in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila on the Saltillo – Monterrey highway Km. 11.5 just 3 minutes away from: the Saltillo – Ramos Arizpe industrial corridor, Finsa industrial park, Chrysler and GMC automobile plants, Guadalupe Plan international airport, 7 min. away from the city of Saltillo, Coahuila, 40 min. from the city of Monterrey N.L. We are located 2:30 hrs. away from the Texas, USA border and 1:30 hrs from the Mariano Escobedo international airport in Monterrey, N.L.

Our hotel has 3 floors, with 2 easy access stairs to the third floor and ample parking.
All rooms are cleaned daily, they each have bathroom, Cable TV w/remote, wireless internet, air conditioning/heating, telephone.

Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 12:00 p.m.
Check Out: 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with at least 3 days notice will have a 20% fee, with less than 3 days will not be refunded.
No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay without right to reimbursement.
Extra person Policy:
Max. rollaways per room are 2, with a $10 Dollar fee each.
Kids Policy:
Children under 8 years old free of charge sharing room with adult.
Pets Policy:
Small pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
