To guarantee a reservation a credit card is required. Full payment is required upon arrival to the hotel your credit card is only taken as a guarantee. Deposit Policy

Must cancel 10 days prior arrival in high season and 3 days prior in low season.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed. No Shows
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Family Plan
Up to 10 years old children will be considered as minors. 11 years old and older children will be charged as adults. 2 less than 10 years old children can share room with 2 adults. Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted. The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel. The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel. The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
