San Luis Potosí is a state known for mining and outstanding baroque architecture. It offers visitors vegetation full of color and contrasts and an experience full of intense culture and art.

Among the most recognized buildings, you will find the cathedral of Immaculate Conception. This cathedral is a replica of the cathedral in Lyon, France and is the only example of North American style architecture in this country.
The cuisine includes Mexican dishes like chicken al corral, roasted goat, rabbit ixtlero, cabrito en su sangre, corn or meat pacholes, condonches, and cheese or bean molletes. You can also try mesquite candy or cheese, cabuches (bishop weed flowers), enchiladas rioverdenses served with chicken, corn tostadas, baked gorditas, pacholes, zacahuil, acamayas, caldo loco and Chinese palm flower.
