Cancellation Policy

The rates are referred upon one guestroom.

In order to make a reservation you must provide a guarantee, with either a credit card or a bank deposit that guarrantees the guest staying.

If a room its not guaranteed, is automaticly dismissed within 24 hours after making the reservation.

In order to make a cancellation, it will have to be made within 48 hours prior to avoid any charges.

Reservations that are made the same day of arrival or 24 hours prior the arrival will not be able get cancelled, a 100% charge of one night staying will be made.

Check in: 14:30 hrs.
Check out: 12:30 hrs.

Any aditional charges per person are $150.

Promotional fares and packages are not refoundable, or acumulable.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

The maximum number of people admited per room is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old otherwise 4 adults with an additional charge of $150.00 per both adults.

The maximun tolerance for check out time is at 13:30 hrs, in the case the guest desides to stay any longer, a charge of 50% over the nightly rate will be applied with a tolerance time up until 17:00 hrs, in the case the guest desides to stay after 17:00 hrs, a 100% charge of one night staying will be made.

If the guest does not cancel the reservation within 48 hours prior and does not occupied the room by 9:00 pm, it will be considered No Show.
