Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. In case the enterprise or agency has authorized credit by Quinta Dorada hotel, a signed letter will be able to be sent by the representative.
Cancellation Policy: Must cancel within 24 hours prior the arrival date. In case of groups the policies according to contract will apply. In order to avoid charge fees must cancel within 15 days prior group arrival.
No Show: In case of not notifying cancellation a No Show one night stay fee will be charged to credit card provided as guarantee.
Extra Person Policy: The extra person fee is $100.00 including American breakfast buffet style.
Minors Policy: Children less than 11 years old stay for free, as long as sharing room with parents, 2 children as maximum.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed.
Oversold Policy
In case the hotel can not offer lodging service requested by the guest with a reservation issued by UNIVISIT, the hotel itself will find proper alternatives to supply the service requested, that can be at least the same or better than the benefits originally requested.
The Hotel will cover one night plus taxes at a similar hotel.
Guest will be offered shuttle service to the new hotel.
The guest will receive at least one call back to its house or job.

Welcome to Saltillo
Right in front of the Catedral, there’s the Government Palace, which also besides its façade, it offer us in its interior the Almaraz Murals and Tarazona, the same ones that takes us to a quick trip throughout history, ever since the most important origins of Coahuila life to these days.
Framed by to colonial buildings Plaza de Armas is found, where you can appreciate facades of the Coahuila Culture Institute, Saltillo Casino, Juarez Home, and Purcell House.
In the same Historic Center is found in the Cultural Center Vito Alessio Robles, located in a building from the XVIII century and lodges a Library with more than 13,000 books from the XVII to the XIX century. This place offers temporary exchibits and a mural representing Saltillo´s history.
