Cancellations:
Low Season: Reservations must be cancelled with 7 days in advance, otherwise client will be subject to a 20% charge off the total reservation amount.
High Season: 50% off the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, if cancellations occur 6 to 3 days prior to arrival a 70% off will be charged, cancellations with 2-0 days prior are subject to the reservation total charge.
In case the hotel can not offer lodging service requested by the guest with a reservation issued by UNIVISIT, the hotel itself will find proper alternatives to supply the service requested, that can be at least the same or better than the benefits originally requested.
The Hotel will cover one night plus taxes at a similar hotel.
Guest will be offered shuttle service to the new hotel.
The guest will receive at least one call back to its house or job.
