If there is anything that characterizes us is our effort for achieving better service and best quality to the guest for them to feel comfortable and rested during their visit to Aguascalientes state’s capital. Our compromise at Hotel Elizabeth is providing service in a way that qualifies us as a true pleasant stay.
The hotel is located in the Convencion del Sur Avenue, one of the main city arteries, which connects with other streets and avenues just as important. Only 8 minutes away from the city’s downtown and 800 m away from the federal highway. Nearby the hotel there is the Southern zone of the city, where main enterprises are located and main tourist attractions, therefore the Elizabeth Hotel can be considered as a strategic place to stay when visiting the Aguascalientes.

The hotel is located one block away from the Bus station and 8 minutes from the city’s downtown through car. The international airport of Aguascalientes is located only 20 minutes away from the hotel approximately.

Cancellation Policy
Must cancel within 10 days prior to have 100% refund, must cancel within 8 days prior to have 50% refund, if cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival occurs, no refunds or cancellation will be made.
No shows have a one night stay fee charge.
The extra person has an additional charge; however, there is no rollaway service.
Minors under 10 years stay in for free, sharing same room with parents, maximum twp per room.
No pets are allowed inside the hotel; however we have an agreement with a veterinary nearby where we offer lodging service for animals.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
