Casa de Mama offer 24 cozy and comfortable rooms with its respective bathroom decorated on art items, TV with cable system and completely carpeted. They are built around gardens which lighting with lamps and iron buttresses create a warm and cozy environment.

The suite offers you amenities such as the Jacuzzi, living room, TV with cable system, DVD, fridge bar and as the rest of the rooms is completely carpeted, counting also with all the details that you need to make your stay comfortable, pleasant and unforgettable.

Hotel Policies

A credit card is required to complete reservation.

Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival.

No shows are subject to a one night fee charge.

Extra adults in room are charged with a $100.00 mxn pesos per person.

Minors stay under 10 years old is free, sharing room with parents. Maximum 2 per room.

Pets are not allowed

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
