 This property was built on the colonial times of New Spain, Mr. Luis de Velasco, who made donation of this land to Pedro Muñoz Maese de Roa; To establish a farm of major cattle, then turning this activity into the main ones in the city.
Let's not forget that besides the cattle business, the trade and the mining activities of that time made a big influence.
The Hotel Hacienda Marques counts with magnificent accommodations, among ancient trees and beautiful gardens; where resting, work or social events are an all success.

The hotel is located in a community called Cuevas that belongs to the Guanajuato capital City is between the cities of Silao, Gto, Iarapuato Gto, and Guanajuato, Gto. Also from San Miguel de Allende, Gto.
The city of Guanajuato is 20 minutes away approximatly in car; to the city of Silao is about 20 minutes approximately, to the city of Irapuato is about 40 minutes away approximately, to the San Miguel Allende is about 2 hours away in car, we are also at 35 minutes away from Leon city and approximately 20 minutes away from the International Airport of Gto.
From Guanajuato you take the highway to Silao-Leon, passing the Santa Teresa community and 50 meters after there is a junction to Irapuato, take this highway and 3 kilometers there is another junction to ¨Cuevas¨ the hotel is within 3 Km away.

Guestroom Information
All the rooms have 2 double beds and the prices are based per person, 4 people maximum can be admited, 8 people can stay in sharing beds.
We have 24 Standard guestrooms and 4 cabins.
The guestroom building is a two floor building in the lower floor 12 guestrooms are found, and upstairs the other 12 guestrooms are found and the cabins are right next to eachother and are found in the lower floor.
Every room has a view to the garden, but they are in the garden area and the cabins have a small terrace on the garden side also.
Daily service is offered depending on the check-list.
There is only one bathroom per room, including in the cabins.
All the bathroom have showers.
The television includes Sky service with 8 programed channels.
The guestrooms are carpeted and the 4 cabins have stave.
The ironing and drying service is upon request on reception.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation cancelled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 10% penalty charge off the reservation total.
Any reservation cancelled within 14 to 3 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 1 night stay penalty charge.
Any reservation cancelled within 2 to 0 days prior to the arrival date or No Shows will not be refunded. No refunds apply on early departures. Christmas, New Years Eve, Holidays:
Any reservation cancelled 31 or more days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% penalty charge off the reservation total.
Any reservation cancelled within 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date is subject to a 1 night stay penalty charge.

The reservation confirmation is subject to the bank authorization upon any credit card number that you provide.
