The "charro" style of Mexico can be seen at the "Charrería" events where the participants try their luck with their lassos and horses and the mariachis, with their happy songs, praise the night and the ambience of this beautiful city proudly wearing the "charro" attire.
The most traditional dish in Jalisco is the torta ahogada (drowned torta).
