Hotel Description
 The Florencia Regency Hotel is located on one of the most important avenues of the city, with a modern style construction and a minimalist style; thanks to its construction style all rooms have natural ventilation and lighting.
The hotel building had its last remodeling in the year 2004 achieving a unique design and functionality in its facilities and services it has today, it has two levels where the spacing and lighting in the hallways predominate. Thanks to this remodeling we now have access ramps for handicapped people, making your stay a pleasant one.
The parking was adapted so that from the hotel arrival, your car will be within the hotel making it easier to access your room.
Hotel Location
Due to its unbeatable location, with easy access to the historical and architectural attractions from the city, just a few steps away you can find the renowned and emblematic church of San Diego, famous by its barroco style and gold decoration, you can enjoy a walk on the Fray Juan de San Miguel Avenue, admiring old houses that date back to the Virreynal and Colonial times, all the way to the polemic and beautiful Tarascas fountain, going west you’ll find Madero Avenue, the main one in Morelia, where you’ll enjoy its beautiful architectonic monuments, declared one of humanity’s cultural patrimony.
If you wish to go shopping, very close to the hotel there are some of the best and modern shopping malls and recreation areas.
At just 35 minutes from the city going south, the city of Patzcuaro is located, famous by its rituals and customs that date back to colonial times.

15 rooms with a double bed (Single standard)
3 rooms with two twin beds (Single standard)
10 rooms with two double beds (Double standard)
All rooms are decorated with a minimalist style and the Suite room types are the only ones with a view to the Lazaro Cardenas Av., all standard rooms are distributed on the hotel’s two levels.
All rooms are cleaned daily and have a bathroom; one of the Suites has a Jacuzzi. We have wireless internet in every room and facilities in the hotel, as well as Cable TV w/remote, ceiling fan, safe deposit box, electronic key and amenities that will make you feel right at home.

Cancellation Policy
A one night deposit with a credit card is needed to guarantee reservation. In case your card is not accepted we’ll let you know in time so you can provide us with another one.
Reservations with three or less days require a 100% deposit with a credit card and in case of cancellations no refund will apply.
Cancel at least 6 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 1 – 4 days will have a 75% charge, less than a day will have a 100% charge.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
No pets allowed
Max. Occupancy in single room or suite is two adults, or two childs or one adult and a child.
On a double room is 4 adults, or 4 children, or two adults and two childs.
Late Check Out subject to availability, upon previous request.
No shows have a 100% charge
