Cancellation Policies
For individual reservations, if made 24 hrs. before arrival date there will be no charge. If not, the first night will be charged as a No Show. In group reservations bigger than 10 rooms, cancellations will be free of charge if made 72 hrs. before. If not, the first night times the number of rooms will be charged as a No Show.
There is a 10% increase on all commercial rates on the following seasons: holy week, night of the dead, Christmas and new year’s eve season. Children Policy
Up to 9 years old children will be considered as minors. 10 years old and older children will be charged as adults. 2 less than 10 year old children can share room with 2 adults. Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
