The Acamaya Reef is a low impact environment hotel, it’s a group of cabins, built at the white sands of the Caribbean sea shore, with material from the local area, that will allow you to stay in touch with nature. Its construction is based on wood, grass and sand color cement floor Caribbean style.

Driving Instructions

Turn left at Kilometer 29 on MEX 307
(the Cancun to Tulum highway). This is the entrance just before the Croco-Cun
(the big, green crocodile).

Follow the road to the coast and after a couple kilometers, turn right.

Another block or so and you turn left into paradise --- Acamaya Reef.

Acamaya Reef Cabins is only 11 miles (17 km) from Cancun's international airport, 20 miles (32 km) from Wal-Mart, and 11 miles (17 km) from Cancun's tourist shops in case paradise occasionally makes you desperate.

Hotel Policies

Reservations
In low season a 50% payment with a credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and in high season full payment is required.

Cancellations
In High season cancel at least 15 days before DOA and in low season at least 3 days before DOA to avoid charges.
In high season there is a 1 night + 15% administration fee charge if cancellation is made on time or client can make use of room on another date without a refund option. In low season only a 15% administration fee will be charged if cancellation is made on time.
Late Check-Out: a 35% of one night charge will be made.
In case of a No-Show in high season there won’t be a refund unless client calls to say he will arrive later, In low season there will be a one night + 15% administration fee charge.
