The hotel is located right behind “Super Escorpio”, located in the Camaron Sabalo avenue in front of the Pueblo Bonito hotel. In Mazatlan city the International Airport of Mazatlan is only 30 minutes away from the hotel. We can get you a taxi on a special fare, or either way the hotel agency can rent you a car as well.

In order to guarantee your reservation, must provide a credit card number, but the payment most be made at the hotel when you arrive.

In case of cancellation bank deposits will not be refunded.
No Shows
In case of No Show deposit will not be refunded, unless the clients give a previous notice and makes the arrival date change, then deposit will be held.
Extra Person Policy
Rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people, one adult extra is admitted or a minor extra as well, with an extra charge which the client must cover when checking in. Kids under 12 years old stay in for free.
Family Plan
Kids under 12 years old stay in for free as long as stay with parents.
Pet Policy
Pets of any kina are not allowed on premises.
Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
