Xalapa Hotel is located in Xalapa, the Veracruz State capital, Mexico. Located in the city’s first district, this hotel began operating on September 21st of 1978, offering lodging and dining service under the name of Hotel Araucarias; as the only first class hotel in the city at the time and eventually changing its name for Hotel Xalapa.
After being operated by two hotel chains, Maeva Group and Mision Group, since 1995 to 1999 and from 1999 to 2005 accordingly, it was until May 15th of 2005 that the hotel was recovered by its original owner. Its first owner achieved to apply new transformations on the Xalapa Hotel, taking on an independent fiscal figure through the Operator of Xalapa Hotels Chachalacas S. de R.L. Thanks to this new thrust, new remodeling operations have been applied for the first time in 10 years. Nowadays the hotel’s working philosophy has changed on goal ambitions, as well as the loyalty towards the hotel itself.
Xalapa hotel has grown considerably and will continue doing it rapidly, improving the service and infrastructure as well as taking advantage of its privileged location and facilities. Nowadays we offer 10 meeting rooms with an overall capacity for 1,500 guests; 50 rooms entirely redecorated among which stand out 2 villas and 2 Master Suites, with services that are only offered at Xalapa Hotel all around the entire state. Beauty saloon facilities; and of course we couldn’t miss mentioning the array of complementary services offered by the hotel; extended green and kid’s areas, swimming pool with kid’s pool and snack bar, high technology audiovisual equipment rental, car rental, tobacco and gift store, business center, city tours, Adventure Tourism and Eco-tourist rallies, night themes, student or companion programs among others.
We also have to mention the Dining department on the true effort to captivate our guests, offering a whole array of alternatives to enjoy from the quality, service, variety and attention at our dining centers. From the most sophisticated to the lightest and fun items, you will find it all at the “Los Cafetos” coffee shop, Italian Specialty “La Manzione” restaurant and lobby Video Bar, this last ones offer live music on weekends.

A credit card number is required to complete and guarantee reservation, or either way must pay first night of stay.
Must cancel within 48 hrs prior arrival date otherwise the first night stay will be applied as a fee charge.
No Shows are subject to a one night fee charge.
Two adults are admitted per double room
An aditional fee is applied after the 3rd person occupancy.
Minors under 10 years old stay in for free, sharing same room with parents, two maximum per room.
