Hotel Policies
Group Regulations
1. Each lost key will have a cost.
2. Long distance calls should be made from the front desk.
3. Noise is not allowed after 23:00 hrs.
4. It is strictly prohibited to introduce alcohol bottles or drinks to the facilities of the Hotel.
5. If your check out time is after the regular check out time or if the group has a tour, all the luggage is to be concentrated in one or two rooms leaving the others that the group is occupying, previous authorization of the Hotel.
6. Any damage within the rooms will be charged to the group and/or the person in charge of it.
7. The schedule of the ping-pong table is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
8. Keys must be left at the reception each time the Hotel is left.
9. Observace of the Internal Lodging Regulations.
Rates
1. They correspond to the room use, therefore they do not include foods, drinks, tips or other services.
Food and Beverages
1. In case that they wish provide foods and drinks to gests, you would confirm at least two weeks to us before the date of arrival of the group, the foods that they require, the days and the services schedule.
2. The restaurant is open from 8:00 to 22:30 hours in high season. In lower season the schedule is reduced from 8:30 to 17:00 of Sunday to Thursday; Friday and Saturday is from 8:00 to 22:30 hrs.
3. Food prices are per person, tax included.
4. In price has to be increased, in their case, the amount of
drinks, for which will be necessary that they request quotation to us or which each client that consumes them pays directly.
5. The changes in the programmed foods or in the number of companions at table would be requested with 48 hours of anticipation; if not doing it the corresponding charges will be made.
Reservations
1. This hotel considers as "Group" that reservation of five or more rooms; and as "special Services" those that be requested for a group that do not correspond to the ones that the hotel offers for the guests in general and/or they cover characteristic individuals.
2. If the Hotel does not receive the deposit in the mentioned date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
3. The deposits of reservations for groups in high season, should be received at least a month before the arrival date of the group.
4. The deposit to guarantee the reservation should be for the equivalent one to one night of lodging, food and special services requested, pertaining to one day of stay.
5. A one night deposit is necessary to guarantee the reservation and will be charged to your credit card.
Payment
1. The total payment of the asked for services should be receive for the Hotel three days before the date of arrival of the group.
2. In high season, the total payment should be received the Hotel ten days before the arrival of the group, being the stay minima of three nights and without right to reimbursement by anticipated check out.
3. It is responsibility of the who reserves to consider the necessary time, in agreement with the medium of payment selected, so that the Hotel receive it in the place and the total payment in the date indicated before.
Gratuities
We recommended to considered to include the tip for bell boys and maids, for which we suggested the following amounts by room:
Bell boys (total by check in and check out) $2.00 dollars.
Maids (Per day) $ 1.50 dollars.
In this point we treated it strictly as a request and represents an obligation neither for the client nor for the agency. We mentioned it because the experience has touch us that when the people travel in group neglects this.
Bell Boy Service
The bell boy service should be asked with anticipation, and to notify the arrival time of the group. In this case, each one of the suitcases should be have a identification label with the name of the passenger written clearly, and its distribution by room, to make sure to give the luggage correctly. You would inform the hour to us in which the bell boys should pass to gather the luggage of the rooms to take it to the bus, and indicate the passengers that if their luggage that is not ready will not be gathered on time, having the same one to make the transfer corresponding.
