We are an Independent and 100% Mexican Hotel, and our mission is to take care of our guests with quality service and the best rates.
We are located in the tourist zone over the BOULEVAR 20 minutes away from the commercial center and 25 minutes away from the city downtown.
We are located 20 minutes away from Cuyutlan, where salt is produced and also the sea is amazing since is an opened ocean, and a few years back the green wave took place.

Hotel Policies
Guaranty Policy:
A one night deposit with a credit card is needed to guarantee reservation.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel at least 24 hrs. Prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay without right to reimbursement.
Extra person Policy:
Extra person will have a $70 MXN fee.
Kids Policy:
Children under 10 years old free of charge sharing the same room with adult.
Pets Policy:
Small pets are allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
