Hotel Policies
Deposit Policy: A deposit must be made at least two days before the arrival date, as well as sending it via fax or E-mail.
Reservations: A credit card number it´s required as a guarantee at the moment of making your reservation, otherwise, the reservation will be held until the 18:00 hrs of the same arrival day.
Cancelation Policy: Cancelations must be made 24 hrs before, otherwise, a charge of one night of staying will be made (No Show).
