General Information

The new San Francisco Hotel is located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Irapuato, it opened its doors on March of 2006, it was put down to an exhaustive remodeling in all its areas from the moment the building was bought.

The hotel offers the following facilities: 68 totally equipped rooms, restaurant with daily buffet from 07:30 hours till 12:30 hours, meeting room for work reunions o social events with a capacity for up to 150 persons, parking, internet service, agency, pharmacy and bell boy.

The establishment forms a part of a group of hotels called CYTOURSA, which has presence in Irapuato, Leon, and Toluca with the San Francisco hotels and in Guanajuato Castillo de Santa Cecilia, like wise we have more than 20 years of experience in the hotel field.

This successful company has grown through the development and continuous exploration of new hotel concepts, innovating attitude 100 percent Mexican.

The master suite offers one king size bed and two double beds, sofa bed, Jacuzzi and two televisions.

1 Presidential
The presidential offers one king size bed, Jacuzzi, living room and television.

Master Suite The master suites are carpeted and decorated in light tones with blinds they offer two double beds and a king size bed, with a capacity for four adults, jacuzzi, hot water the 24 hours, towels for body and hands, plush plastic and mat, bathroom amenities, interrupters in bathroom, two bureaus, air conditioning, ceiling lamps, two bureau lamps, closet, high speed internet service, telephone, remote control cable television, room service, ice chest, glasses, work desk and a bottle of purified water.

Junior Suite The junior suites are carpeted and decorated in light tones with blinds they offer two double beds with a capacity for two adults and two children under 12 years old,(there is an option of choosing a room with a sofa bed or a room with a tub), private bathroom with shower and hot water the 24 hours, towels for body and hands, floor mat and plastic, bathroom amenities, interrupters in bathroom, bureau, air conditioning, ceiling lamps, two bureau lamps, closet, high speed internet service, telephone, remote control cable television, room service, ice chest, glasses, work desk and a bottle of purified water.

Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy
To guarantee a reservation a credit card is required.

Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Master Card and Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel seven days prior day of arrival to avoid charges.

No Shows
In case of a no show the total of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
The extra person has an extra charge of 100 pesos plus taxes.

Family Plan
Two children under 12 years old stay free in parents room, maximum two children per room.

Pet Policy
Sorry, no pets allowed.

Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay the guest a night stay in a similar hotel.
The hotel will offer free transportation to the new hotel.
The hotel will offer a free call to the office or home.
