We have 30 totally remodeled rooms with hot running water, cable TV, ceiling fan, balcony and private bathroom.
Exterior rooms, overlooking downtown with one or two double beds. Optional air conditioning with extra cost.
Interior Rooms, overlooking the hotel lobby with one double bed or two single beds.
Exterior Balcony Room With Kitchenette, Two Double Beds, outside balcony, color TV and Kitchenette. Optional air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations:
A one night or 50% payment with a credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges, otherwise a one night charge applies.
On Christmas season cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid charges, No-Shows and cancellations that do not comply with this will have a 3 night per room charge.

No pets allowed.
Children under 12 years old are free of charge, two maximum in a single or double occupation, one in a triple occupation.
