Hotel Villa del Mar is located in “Old Town” Puerto Vallarta only one block from the famous River Cuale and some steps from “Playa Los Muertos”. It is in a traditional Mexican neighborhood in downtown. Cobblestone streets, very close to the Malecon, all kind of restaurants, art galleries, cyber-cafes and quaint little shops are nearby. Being close to the open-air markets is very convenient for our guests.

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
