Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policies
At the time of making reservation by telephone or by fax, we must give you a confirmation number, so if a cancellation occurs, this number will be needed to complete cancellation.
In order to confirm your reservation a credit card number will be requested, as well as the expiration date and the security code (4 digits).
In the case of groups, a deposit must be made through our bank accounts of at least 50% of the ground total or nights of staying, the rest of the payment must be made within at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.
The tolerance time in order to hold a reservation is 3 hours past the check in time, unless you call in to make a schedule change by certain causes.
In order to make changes on the number of rooms, guestroom types, about the reservation establishments, will be negotiated in the reception, reserving the right to availability and fare changes.
In order to make a reservation through Internet, you also must assign your reservation number, you must indicate us the credit card number, or either way make a deposit by the ground total on the staying with us.
The authorized person to make fare changes, assign guestrooms or make modifications to the dates and schedules is Lic. Yessica Ruiz Flores.
Cancellation Policies
Under any case your reservation number must be needed, and making sure is the same person that made the reservation.
Depending on the different vacation seasons, we specified time limits in order to make a cancellation:
High season: (spring break, September celebration, death day, New Years Eve).
Cancellations up to 10 days before check in date, a 100% reservation refund.
Cancellations up to 5 days prior check in date, a 15% charge of reservation is made.
Cancellation within less than 3 days prior and No Shows, are penalized with the 100% of first night of staying.
Low season: (rest of the year)
You will be able to cancel a reservation within 24 hours prior the check in date with out charges.
The No Show policy means a 100% charge of the first night.
For special packages such as honey mooner, weekend and other specials, must cancel within 48 hrs. Prior with a 15% penalty over the ground total of reservation.
Also a cancellation can be made through fax or email, stating the following information: (sent date, guest name or company name which reservation is under, arrival date, reservation number, cancellation reasons).
Policies for Minors
Two minors under 12 years old can be admitted as long as the stay in along with their parents with out any charges, with out the right to request an additional bed.
In the case of a package with meals included are only provided to adults, and as for the kids meals will have to be charged at the time of ordering on dining area.
Crib service is for free.
