We have 58 beautiful and intimate rooms with one king size bed or two double beds, small living room, some have rock chimney, with a beautiful view of the city and the nature, air conditioning and heater, cable television, telephone, bathroom with personal amenities, hair dryer and safe deposit box without charge. Pleasantly decorated using local wood, ceramic floors or wooden floors decorated with a rustic tone.
We also have 10 beautiful and spacious cabins built with wood and stone, with more than 100 square meters of construction, offers guests 2 spacious rooms; one with one king size bed, private bathroom with tub and the other with two double beds and private bathroom with shower, central air conditioning and heater, dinning room, living room with chimney, cable television, telephone, parking for one car and terrace.

Cancellation Policy
Guarantee Policy
To guarantee a reservation a credit card is required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel two days prior day of arrival to avoid charges according to the season. In Christmas, new year, Easter cancel seven days prior the day of arrival to avoid charges. If cancelled after those dates, the charge is from one to two days charge. Check In: 15:00 hrs.
Check Out: 13:00 hrs. No Show
No shows are a one night charge. Extra Person Policy
In the double room 1 extra person is accepted with an extra charge.
Family Plan
Children are considered under 12 years old, 2 children are free of charge sharing the room with their parents. Additional minors have an extra charge.
Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed with previous solicitude and authorization and are allowed when they are companions of incapacitated persons.
Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted. The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel. The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel. The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
