Green Village: ¨Plantation type¨ complex with easy access and panoramic view from the golf course, a huge garden and a big pool with a kid´s pool. It has parking and is completely furnished.

Reservation Policies
A 50% deposit from the reservation total is required to confirm.

Your credit card information is only used to close dates but will not be charged during the process. An e-mail with account details will be forwarded to you.

You have 7 days to make the first payment after verbal confirmation, by fax or e-mail. In case a deposit is not made the reservation is cancelled. Full payment must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival date, otherwise reservation will be cancelled.

Any reservation made with 45 days (or less) before the arrival date must be paid in full. A confirmation will be sent once we receive the payment.

It is necessary to leave a $ 200 USD deposit at the time of registration; this is in case of loss or damage. It will be refunded at the end of your stay. Cash Only.

Cancellation Policies
Any cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded 100%.
Any cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival is refunded 50% of the total.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

Check-In is at 15:00 Hrs and Check-Out is at 12:00 Hrs.
No Pets Allowed.
Children under 5 years old free of charge, 1 Max. Per room.
