We have 80 Three Star Rooms, classified as Standard and Executive, which, at the same time, are classified as Single, Double, Triple and Quadruple. All Standard Rooms feature remote control TV and satellite signal, telephone, dressing table, sofa bed, private bathroom, shower and 24 hour hot water, bathroom amenities such as body towels, shampoo and soap. We have smoking and nonsmoking rooms, room service and laundry service.

single/Double Room We have Double Rooms, with 1 or 2 double beds, room for 2 adults and 2 children. We have all the services of the standard and executive rooms.

Triple Room We have Triple Rooms, with 1 double and 1 individual bed (or 2 double beds), room for 3 adults and 1 children. We have all the services of the standard and executive rooms.

Cancellation Policy
Check In: 13:00 hrs. Check Out: 12:00 hrs. Credit Cards Accepted Visa and MasterCard. Guarantee Policy A credit card or bank deposit is required in order to guarantee reservation. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night stay. These policies only apply for Individual reservations, not for Groups. No Show Policy If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged. Children Policy Up to 10 years old children will be considered as minors. 11 years old and older children will be charged as adults. 2 less than 11 years old children can share room with 2 adults. Pets Policy No pets allowed. Oversold Policy In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted. The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel. The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel. The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
