Driving from Mexico City, the highway becomes Av. Ruiz Cortinez, you must take the first exit to the lateral lane and continue until arriving to the Paseo Tabasco Av., follow this avenue to the right heading to the Grijalva river, continue until coming across the Carlos A. Madrazo Malecon, from this point turn to your left and continue on the Malecon. Two blocks away from this point you’ll see the building of the Plaza Palenque Hotel.

Must cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges. No Shows
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged. Extra Person Policy
Extra person charge is for $150.00 pesos per extra person in room. Family Plan
Up to 11 years old children will be considered as minors. 12 years old and older children will be charged as adults. 2 less than 12 years old children can share room with 2 adults. Pet Policy
No pets are allowed, sorry. Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted. The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel. The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
