General Information

We are an independent hotel and 100 percent Mexican. Its excellent location, the good service and or kind treatment distinguish us from the rest of the hotels.

The name of the hotel makes allusion to an antique name of the city of Madero Villa Cecilia, and also honor the distinguish mother of our general director. The hotel is the first of three that where built in Madero.

We are located on the beautiful Costero boulevard , in front of the Gulf coast of Mexico, its great construction and its beautiful balconies allow the best view of the ocean.

Guarantee Policy
To guarantee a reservation a credit card is required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel three days prior day of arrival to avoid charges.

No Shows
No shows are a one night charge for each room reserved.

Extra Person Policy
2 extra persons are allowed on the double room.

Family Plan
2 children are free of charge sharing the room with their parents. Children are considered under 12 years old.

Pet Policy
Sorry, no pets allowed.

Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will have a free call to the office or house to advise the change of Hotel.
