We are an Independent and 100% Mexican Hotel. Our mission is to make our guest feel as if they were at home, offering the best service, on low rates, having as a setting: beaches, important colonial villages such as the Old Archaeological zones such as the Zempoala and Quihuiztlan. On top of that we are located nearby beautiful extreme sport sites such as rapids, rappel, etc.

The Bienvenido Hotel is right in the Cardel city main square, which has a privileged geographic location in 3 highways, 3 country extensions, and the biggest zone on migratory bird’s occupation in the world, a phenomenon that brings international tourists and which hotel venue is the "HOTEL BIENVENIDO"

Hotel Bienvenido offers 11 single rooms, 32 double rooms and Junior Suite room, located in the 3rd floor, decorated with soft colors, and great curtains of nice materials, a king size bed a sofa bed, center table, drawer. 2 air conditioning, 29" color TV and remote control, cable, private bathroom with warm water service 24 hours a day, bathroom amenities, 3 towels and 2 bottled waters, lamp lights, blankets and telephone.

Standard Room 2 Double Beds The double rooms are located in all of the three floors and are decorated in light tones, they have big cloth curtains, they offer two double beds, cable color 25 inch television with remote control, telephone, bureau, air conditioner, closet, private bathroom with warm water, the 24 hours with 2 or 4 towels, two bottles of water of 500ml, bathroom amenities and in winter 2 bedspreads and room service in restaurant hours.

Standard Room 1 Double bed The single rooms are located in all of the three floors and are decorated in light tones, they have big cloth curtains, they offer one double bed, cable, color, 25 inch television with remote control, telephone, bureau, air conditioner, closet, private bathroom with warm water, the 24 hours with 2 or 4 towels, two bottles of water of 500ml, bathroom amenities and in winter 2 bedspreads and room service in restaurant hours.

Junior Suite 1 King Bed The junior suite are located in the third floor and are decorated in light tones, they have big cloth curtains with one king size bed, sofa bed, table center, bureau, dressing table, 2 air conditioners, cable color television with remote control, private bathroom with warm water the 24 hours, bathroom amenities, 3 towels and two bottles of water of 500 ml, lamps, closet, telephone and bedspread in winter.

Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy
In order to guarantee reservation a deposit through a credit card is required.

Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 1 day prior the arrival date to have the right of deposit refund or transfer

No Show Policy
No Shows have a one night fee charge

Extra Person Policy
The hotel offers double rooms with 2 beds that can lodge 4 people for extra people extra bedding will be supplied with an extra fee.

Minors Policy
The children lodge up to 10 years old is for free, sharing the same guestroom with their parents, maximum 2 per room.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
