Modelo de Comisiones

Las agencias tendrán la posibilidad de reservar hoteles en nuestro portal y ganar dos tipos diferentes de comisiones  dependiendo el Hotel, para lo cual los clasificamos de 2 tipos:

1. Hoteles Socios: son hoteles que tienen contrato directo con UniVisit, administramos directamente  su inventario y tarifas en nuestro sistema, en caso de reservar  Hoteles Socios usted obtendrá  el 100% de la comisión recolectada por UniVisit.
2. Hoteles No Socios: obtenemos el inventario del GDS Galileo.  Obtendrá el 70% de la comisión recolectada por UniVisit  en caso de Hoteles NO socios.

*Nuestros  proveedores socios podrán ser identificados en el portal ya que tienen un marco de color naranja fuerte y los NO Socios un marco más tenue.

Pago de Comisiones

Las comisiones por reservaciones serán pagadas entre los días *20 a 25  de cada mes posterior en que las reservaciones hayan sido confirmadas y conciliadas por el proveedor. Los pagos se realizan mediante transferencia electrónica a la cuenta bancaria que la agencia haya proporcionado en su contrato.  Se hará llegar a la agencia un estado de cuenta de las reservaciones conciliadas por el proveedor, mostrando el importe total de comisiones pagadas.
*La ejecución del pago de cada reservación dependerá en todo momento de que el prestador de servicios realice el pago correspondiente a UniVisit, por lo que las fechas de pago podrán variar de acuerdo a esta relación.
